Meet Our Dentists

Dr. Hartman

Dr. Hartman brings over two decades of clinical expertise to her private practice, specializing in family and cosmetic dentistry. Since 2015, she has been serving the Newport News community, providing a broad range of dental services and emphasizing compassionate and individualized care. Dr. Hartman completed her undergraduate studies and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia in Lima, Peru. She also pursued a PhD in Restorative Dentistry and an advanced course in Implant Dentistry at Paulista State University in São Paulo, Brazil. Her commitment to advancing her skills led her to the University of Maryland, where she completed further postgraduate training in Advanced Education in General Dentistry. In 2014, the University of Maryland honored Dr. Hartman with the Award of Clinical Excellence in General Dentistry.

Known for her skill and empathy, Dr. Hartman is dedicated to building strong patient relationships. She understands that each patient is unique and values their trust in her and her team, which drives her commitment to exceptional care.

Dr. Sibirtsev

Dr. Sibirtsev, originally from Estonia and raised in Israel, moved to New York as a teenager where, she later pursued her education and dental training. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Brooklyn College and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the New York University College of Dentistry. After completing her dental studies, Dr. Sibirtsev pursued further training with a residency at the esteemed New York-Presbyterian Queens Hospital. There, she served as an ER resident for level 1 trauma cases, performing oral and maxillofacial surgery (OMFS) and gaining extensive experience in emergency care. Her hospital work also included an externship at NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue, where she treated complex cases, such as repairing facial fractures, conducting surgical extractions for patients with oral cancer, and performing comprehensive dental exams under sedation for special needs patients.

Dr. Kisley Romano

With over 12 years as a dentist, Dr. Kisley Romano was voted the 2023 Dentist of the Year in Newport News. She obtained her DDS degree from West Virginia University and is a member of the American Dental Association. She has resided in the Hampton Roads area since 2020.

Dr. Romano loves all her patients, but she especially loves working with children. In her spare time, you can find Dr. Romano camping with her family, gardening, canning peppers, and cooking Colombian and Italian food.
